Our custom orders are specially crafted based on your individual preferences and measurements, which makes them uniquely yours. Because of the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is standard across the industry, as custom-made items are unlikely to be a perfect fit for other customers due to the specificity of the design.

Typically, your standard street shoe size aligns well with our products. However, we recognize that subtle variations may occur due to the design and fabric of the shoes, making it challenging to ensure a perfect fit without a physical trial.
In addition, we understand that there might be times when a product does not meet your expectations, and we’ve instituted a robust return and exchange policy to address those instances.
Our policy allows you to return or exchange any item within 30 days for any reason. Please find below the full details of our policy:
Return and Exchange Timeframe: Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that after 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item you’re returning must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Product Condition: We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. Therefore, shoes that have soiled soles or have been used on a hard surface will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any returned item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please remember that outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Partial or No Refunds: In certain situations, only partial or no refunds may be granted. These situations may include returns of items not in their original condition, items that are damaged for reasons not due to our or shipping error, returns with missing accessories, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be a challenge. If you find that the size of the shoes you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, we are more than happy to help you exchange them for a different size or style.
Please note to initiate an exchange; the product must be in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days to inform us about your intention to exchange. They will guide you through the process if needed.
Once you’ve communicated your intent to exchange, you must return the original item. Please be aware that the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, you’ll need to place a new order for the desired size or style.
