Dancewear & Gymnastics Leotards

At Flamingo Sportswear, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your requirements. Please try on your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing them.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with the quality of your non-custom purchase, you can request an exchange within 15 days from the delivery date. However, please note that our 15-day return policy only applies if the item is defective. Except for such cases, all dancewear sales are final.

Please note that all custom-made orders are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed for custom-made items.

How to Return an Item for Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item to inform them about your intent to exchange.
  2. Make sure that the items you wish to return are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  3. Arrange for return shipping. Please note that the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Include a note in your return package indicating that you wish to exchange the product. If you want to order a different product, please specify this in your note.
  5. Send your return parcel to our return address which will be provided by our customer service.

After we receive your returned parcel, we will process your exchange request within 7 to 15 working days. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We’re here to help!

Dance Shoes

Dance shoes are available and labeled in USA sizes. When you will place your order, we will ask you for the US street size only. The shoe size charts below will give you the approximate equivalent UK, European, Japanese, and US shoe sizes. Please visit the Fitting & Shoe Sizing Charts for more information
Usually, the street shoe size fits OK, but we understand that sometimes the sizes may slightly differ according to the style and material of the shoes and it is hard to guess without trying them on. You may return the shoes as new (unworn) within 21 days of receipt. If you want to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please return the shoes to our warehouse and place a new order. For the exchange procedure, the restocking fee will be waived. To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:
  1. Fill out Return/Exchange Form (will be provided).
  2. Send merchandise in its original box along with a copy of the Return/Exchange form and a copy of the original Packing Slip/Receipt to the warehouse.
Please note: * Shoes with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for credit or exchange. * Outbound Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. * Special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. * Returns for the refund may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are sorry, but you have to pay for the return shipping. Our pricing policy to make shoes affordable does not allow us to cover the return shipping costs.
No, only totally unworn as new shoes will be accepted for return or exchange.
We are sorry, but the Outbound Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items to us. We will not be responsible for the lost returns.
It is not advisable because of the delicacy of the non-slip soles, and please do not get the soles wet - you will ruin them.
