Shipping
Most of the orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship. We will charge a $10 fee for the incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Most orders will ship the next business day. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. When calculating shipping time, the day the order ships out from our facility does not count as a transit day.
Note UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, but Standard Shipping is able to ship to both PO and APO boxes.
Continental United States
Orders of $99 or above qualify for free Standard Shipping; for orders below $99, Standard Shipping will be charged at $10.97.
International Shipping Charges
For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Please contact our Customer Service for more information and a quote.
Inspecting Your Delivery
FlamnigoSportswear.com offers quality products and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance immediately.
Delivery Times
Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within one-three business days (if your item is in our current inventory). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Out-of-Stock Items
If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.
For out-of-stock items and custom order items, you will receive a “good-faith” estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
Out-of-stock items and custom order items may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. This timeline is considered to be an estimate.
Sizing
Very Fine Shoe Sizing Charts
Please try on your dance shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent the soiling of the suede soles.
Shoes with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
Try both shoes on as one foot is normally a different length and shape than the other. They must fit snugly without hurting so you maintain proper balance on the dance floor. This means that all parts of the shoes should be covered by your feet.
If your feet move easily inside the shoes, you cannot properly control your balance or your dance posture.
Shoe Sizes
All shoes from FlamingoSportswear.com are available and labeled in US sizes. When ordering, we ask for your US street size only. We have provided these shoe size charts which give the approximate equivalent UK, European, Japanese, and US shoe sizes. Please use this conversion chart as a guideline, only. Use your own personal experiences.
